School is winding down as summer is quickly approaching. Vacation season is eminent for many families and is a perfect time for some much needed rest from the fast pace of life's daily grind. We are planning our annual vacation during July 4th in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I sure do enjoy the southern hospitality and cooking the south has to offer.
